The Somaliland shilling is nothing to be proud of!
No matter where she stands, what does she cut or cut? The thing she was cutting became more expensive. So that it is sitting somewhere makes a lot of sense. If the livelihood and the shilling are not aligned, and the society is not aligned, it will happen.
The fact that the Somaliland shilling is standing still does not mean that it has not lost its value. Meanwhile, the bus fare is three thousand shillings, while previously it was two thousand. The distance that Nool used to be in has not extended, and the money has become useless and the value of the community has therefore been needed. Money has no value while being exchanged for what makes it valuable, what it cuts: purchasing power.
